Identity is not mass spectrometry
The report identifies GHK-Cu by chromatographic retention-time comparison with a reference standard. That is useful evidence, but LC-MS or high-resolution MS would provide a more specific molecular confirmation.
Purity has a defined boundary
The 99.81% figure is the target peptide relative to peptide-related HPLC peaks. The methodology states that non-peptide process-related impurities are excluded from that percentage.
The microbial result is a rapid screen
“No Growth” comes from a PCR-based screen, not the traditional compendial USP <71> sterility test. The document supports the stated screen—not every possible microbial-risk conclusion.
